Secure your 2024-25 home NOW!

  • Review our rental process to make sure you’re prepared.

  • Send your “interest email” to info@rentuindy.com including the house name & all tenant names/emails

  • You will then complete the MySmartMove application, sign the leases via DocuSign, email a photo of your ID, and submit the security deposit (equal to one month’s rent) via Venmo

  • The first group to complete all steps will be awarded the home!
